Surfboards

We have been making surfboards for the beter part of five years now. Over those years we have varied the materials used and manufacturing techniques to suit our high standards. Currently if you want a board from us we offer two main options. First option is a fully custom surfboard, where we can discuss every aspect of design, functionality, materials and techniques used. We feel the price accurately represents the experience and level of craftsmanship that goes in to making the board of your dreams. But good things take time so there will be a 2 month production timeline before you get your new surf craft. The second option is for those of you that can't wait and want to benefit from all those years worth of R&D in a clean and modern format. I have digitised all of my favourite models so they can get replicated by a CNC machine. The laminations may be clear but they are designed for functionality and longevity with extra fibreglass patches in critical areas. Check out all the info below, more about specific board models on their dedicated pages or what real world stock we have in the shop.

CUSTOM SURFBOARDS

CNC cut boards

We have developed a quiver of surfboards based on previous hand shaped models. This new range of boards offers insight into my approach to surfing and board design. Whilst using modern production methods for improved efficiency and accuracy, we take the opportunity wherever we can to increase the durability of the boards. Each model has been extensively tested in a variety of waves and we have done our best to precisely describe them and their capabilities. Understand that we aimed for honesty and accuracy in the board descriptions (Not every board is a "Quiver-killer", "rides 2-20ft", or any other fake marketing BS) so be honest with yourself about what you need and be realistic with your expectations. If you want it to ride like a longboard but duck-dive like a shortboard then you are in the wrong universe. Try the one with different laws of physics! Rant over. I have a personal connection to each of these models, I know when and where I like to ride them, I've been on a journey of trial and error with many of the design features and they each fill a specific role to create my ideal quiver.
